All Sport Autographs is a sports memorabilia company based in Northern Ireland, dedicated to bringing authentic, signed collectables to fans around the world. We specialise in limited-edition, artistically framed pieces that have been signed during private signings with athletes.

Our goal is to offer more than just memorabilia, we deliver collectors’ keepsakes: framed autographs that combine craftsmanship, exclusivity, and genuine connection to sport.

At the moment, we don’t have a physical retail location. All of our signed memorabilia is available exclusively online, so you can browse and purchase directly from our website from almost anywhere in the world.

Our team mainly operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM GMT. While we’re officially offline on weekends and UK public holidays, we do our best to respond to inquiries whenever possible, so you may still hear from us outside of these hours.

Membership in these types of organisations usually involves a fee, and doesn’t necessarily include any formal verification of how companies source their items. While we respect these groups, a logo or membership badge alone doesn’t guarantee authenticity.

At All Sport Autographs, we focus on building trust through our own practices: sourcing signatures through private, verified signings, providing detailed Certificates of Authenticity, and documenting each process with photos or videos. We believe that transparency, long-standing relationships with athletes, and consistently high-quality verification methods offer far more assurance to collectors than any membership could.

Yes, all the shirts we use are 100% authentic. We only source our shirts from official and licensed retailers, such as club stores, retro collections, or trusted companies like Score Draw. This ensures every item is legitimate and fully compliant with copyright regulations even though some shirts may not be from the season they were produced.

Most of our signed pieces feature replica shirts, which are identical in design to those worn by the players but not issued for match use. Occasionally, we’re able to offer match issue or player-spec shirts, but due to their rarity, these come at a higher price.

Signatures naturally vary from one item to another, even when they’re signed by the same athlete. During our signing sessions, which are carefully timed to ensure players are comfortable and not rushed, each athlete may only have a few opportunities to pose for photos with the items they’re signing.

Because of this, we usually capture one or two signing images per product, while the athlete may sign many more items. Variations in size, shape, angle, pen pressure, or even pen color are completely normal and show that each autograph is signed by hand, not reproduced by a machine.

If the difference between the photo and your item is minor, it’s simply part of the natural variation of hand-signed memorabilia. If you notice a more noticeable discrepancy, please reach out to us, we’re happy to review it with you and provide reassurance.

Most of the shirts we have signed are replicas sourced from trusted retailers. Using these official replicas allows us to keep signed memorabilia more affordable while still offering authentic, high-quality items.

We do occasionally obtain match-issued or premium shirts, but these are rarer and significantly more expensive. Once signed, the higher cost of these items would push the retail price up, making them less accessible to many collectors.

In addition, we will be issuing unique 1-of-1 frames featuring premium, match-quality shirts for collectors who prefer top-tier pieces.

Since our items are limited edition, once they sell out, they are usually gone for good. Memorabilia is a finite market, and some products may never be restocked.

However, our Customer Support team can advise you on any remaining availability or upcoming releases. If you’re hoping to secure a specific item, it’s best to reach out to them directly, they’ll give you the most accurate information.

We don’t use glass in our frames because it’s heavy, fragile, and often restricted by couriers for shipping both within the UK and internationally. Instead, our frames feature high-quality perspex or acrylic, which is much lighter, highly durable, and provides excellent protection against dust, moisture, and impact. This material also makes it far safer to transport, ensuring your signed memorabilia arrives in perfect condition.

Our upcoming signings are always dependent on the schedules of the athletes, so we can’t confirm exact dates or participants in advance. At this time, our signing sessions are private events. Athletes prefer a quiet and controlled environment to ensure each autograph is done properly. While we can’t accommodate visitors, every item is carefully documented with photos or videos to guarantee authenticity.

Yes, we provide payment for athletes who take part in our signing sessions. The exact amounts are private, and we don’t disclose this information, but rest assured that all signings are conducted officially and with the player’s agreement.

As a new company, we’re just beginning to build our roster of athlete signings, so there are still many stars we haven’t worked with yet. We’d love to hear your suggestions! Please share your requests via social media or email, and we’ll consider them as we plan our upcoming signings.

Because many of our pieces are limited edition or one-of-a-kind, we limit purchases to one item per order. This helps ensure that genuine fans and collectors have a fair chance to own a piece of memorabilia, rather than allowing a single buyer to purchase multiple items at once.

We’ve chosen this approach because wall types and mounting systems vary greatly, and using the wrong hardware could risk damage to your frame or wall.

Yes, almost all of our products come professionally pre-framed and ready to display straight out of the box. Each piece is carefully assembled by our in-house framing team using premium materials to ensure a polished, gallery-style finish.

Delivery times are shown clearly at checkout and are provided directly by DHL, our trusted courier partner. While these are estimated timeframes, they’re typically very accurate, and we work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
